Susan is a Managing Director of Madison Investment Partners, Inc., a private equity firm. Raised in Maryland and a graduate of public schools, Susan taught in the Peace Corps in Kenya for two years. Prior to working at Madison, Susan ran Human Resources at EMI North America and earlier at the Time Inc Magazine Company and HBO. She also spent time in general management consulting where she focused on strategy and organizational development and prior to that she worked in banking. Susan holds a B.A. in history from Middlebury College and an MBA in finance from The Wharton School. After living and working in Manhattan for nearly 30 years, Susan moved her residence and business full-time to Madison, CT where she lives with her husband. She is active in several local Shoreline not-for-profits.
